Pulliam Custom Homes was established back in October of 1999 by Josh Pulliam and his wife, Julie. Josh credits his lineage, from which he received the desire to become a builder. Building as a profession spans back four generations within his family. For us, building homes is not an occupation, it's a legacy. He also credits working for two other homebuilders prior to leaving and starting his own company at the age of twenty five.
