History - Pulliam Properties, LLC. is a family owned and operated general contracting firm in the Phoenix metropolitan area. They concentrate on the southeast portion of the valley, which includes Mesa, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, and in Ahwatukee. Pulliam's established their bulding tradition back in October of 1999 by Josh Pulliam and his wife, Julie. Josh credits his lineage, from which he received the desire to become a builder. Building as a profession spans back four generations within his family. For us, building is not an occupation, it's a legacy. He also credits working for two other builders prior to leaving and starting his own company at the age of twenty five. Working in these environments helped Josh streamline his systems and perfect the foundation of his own company before putting his dream to work. Pulliam Properties build homes as if they were building their own home. Their product is designed for each individual buyer based strictly upon their needs and the needs of their family members. We distinguish our product from other builders by trying to incorporate some natural elements into the home, such as large rock formations in shower and tub areas to rough sawn log poles as accents throughout the house," according to President of Pulliam Properties, Josh Pulliam.
